It’s true and if you do eye exercises regularly, you reduce the effect of eye strain and improve your vision greatly. There are many ways to perform eye exercises, the most common ones intended to improve focus.
Now all your eye exercises and eating the right food will do you no good if you abuse your eyes by straining them in front of your computer screen. Remember, abuse is short for abnormal use, and it’s just not normal and good for the eyes to stay that long gazing at the TV screen. So take a break right now and do your eye exercises.
